BYC is a national, youth-led coalition uniting 102+ youth-led organizations across all eight divisions of Bangladesh onto one shared platform, working together on climate justice, gender equality, education, policy advocacy, sexual and reproductive health rights, and youth leadership.

BYC is facilitated by Youth For Change Bangladesh Foundation (YFC-BD), which serves as its secretariat and coordinates the coalition's day-to-day work.

BYC officially launched at IAB Centre, Dhaka, on 27 May 2025, before 198 participants including diplomats, government officials, and youth leaders.

Any youth-led organization in Bangladesh can apply, whether it leads five people or five hundred, as long as it works for young people's rights, development, or wellbeing.
